This privacy notice for Iporum Lopsem ("Iporum Lopsem”," "we," "us," or "our") respects and value your privacy.  This Privacy Notice describes our practices with respect to the Iporum Lopsem website (https://www.iporumlopsem.com/) and information that we might obtain from individuals who otherwise interact with us. By accessing our website, or by interacting with us in any way, including but not limited to phone, email or mail, you consent to our data collection, use and disclosure practices as described in this Notice.

Iporum Lopsem only collects personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or otherwise when you contact us. That may include (i) personally identifiable information, such as your fist and last name, e-mail address, phone number and address (Personal Information); and (ii) demographic information, such as your country, region, interests and other inquiries (Demographic Information).

2. HOW WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION

You may interact with us, including browsing through our site, without giving us any Personal Information about yourself. When requesting information about our products, services and/or events, you may provide us Personal Information, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and address. We use this information to respond to your information requests, to fulfill and manage your orders and payments. We reserve the right to collect, use, share and transfer your Personal Information for security and fraud prevention and for the fulfillment of legal obligations. We may also process your information for other purposes with your specific consent.

Iporum Lopsem only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.

Any information collected by us will be stored on Google Workspace in the European Union. If you are located outside of the European Union, please be advised that information collected will be transferred to and processed in the European Union, using appropriate safeguards when necessary.

5. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTIES SERVICES

Our website may contain links in connection with other sites or applications, such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. These third-parties may use their own cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to independently collect information about you and may solicit Personal Information from you.

Data obtained by us from a third party, even in association with our website is not subject to our limitations regarding data governed under this Notice, however such data remains subject to any restrictions imposed on us by the third party, if any. Otherwise, the information collected, stored, and shared by third parties remains subject to their privacy policies and practices, including whether they continue to share information with us, the types of information shared, and your choices on what is visible to others on third-party services.

We are not responsible for the policies or business practices of any third-parties, including, without limitation, analytics service providers and third-party services associated with the sites and encourage you to familiarize yourself with and consult their privacy policies and terms of use.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Protecting children's privacy is important to us. We do not direct our site to, nor knowingly collect any personal information from children under 18 years of age.

9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE

Iporum Lopsem may amend this Notice from time to time. When we do, we will post the change(s) on our website. In some cases of material changes, we may provide you additional notice. However, we will not treat your previously collected Personal Information that is governed by this Notice, to the extent it is not collected under the new privacy policy, in a manner materially different than represented at the time it was collected without your consent.
