XLA program for IT help desk

Collaborated with a multi-country team to launch Vale Brazil's first XLA program, developing technical documentation and creating a scalable, user-centric design system to assess IT service quality. Simplified complex service data to enhance clarity and user engagement, laying a flexible UX foundation adaptable across departments.
Contributed to the UK Department of Health’s TR5 project by architecting a user-centered framework to support scalable digital transformation and workforce integration initiatives, delivering intuitive reports for stakeholders.

March - December 2021. UX Architect @ Google
Developed B2B SaaS solutions for the Google Cloud Platform, focusing on CRM, customer engagement, and marketing automation to support finance, government, and automotive clients. Designed an interactive dashboard within Google Maps that offered actionable data visualizations, improving driver experience through targeted recommendations.
